Stuck in a reading instruction rut? WeVideo is powerful tool for teachers who want to make the invisible process of reading more accessible to frustrated students. By developing their students’ understandings of their own reading processes, teachers can help children realize their role in interpreting text. Once children see themselves as constructors of knowledge, they can take ownership of the ways they already make meaning and become open to new strategies for increasing literacy.
